About Grateful Flora!
Hey there, I'm Becca! I'm 27 years old, a proud owner of a pink 1994 Subaru Sambar, which my husband and friends helped me convert into a flower truck in 2024 – it’s my mobile garden, and I absolutely love it! I live in a cozy town just north of Toronto called Holland Landing, where the soil is as rich as my passion for gardening.
By day, I’m a Horticulture Technician and Holistic Nutritionist, but when I’m not immersed in plants or holistic health, you’ll find me at the gym or hanging out with my two adorable Siberian huskies. They’re my constant companions and a big part of my daily adventures.
My love for flowers and gardening started many years ago, and in 2019, I decided to share that passion with the world through an Instagram page. What began as a small hobby turned into something much more. It became my outlet for creativity and a way to stay grounded. Gardening has been an incredible tool in managing my anxiety—there’s something so healing about connecting with the earth and watching seeds grow into something beautiful.
In 2024, I decided to take things up a notch and my husband and I turned our Subaru Sambar into Grateful Flora’s very own flower truck! It’s been such a rewarding way to share my flowers and bring joy to others.
My mission is to inspire you to get your hands dirty, embrace the slow beauty of growing, and see how rewarding it can be to watch something you’ve nurtured bloom.
